Northern Georgia Assembly Management, LLC (NGAM), DBA Kitset Assembly Services - North Georgia, is a Georgia LLC established to develop and support the Kitset Assembly Services network across North Georgia as its Master Area Franchisee.
NGAM was formed to bring Kitset Assembly Services' proven mobile assembly model to North Georgia — a region of roughly 5.6 million people across 56 distinct territories, from urban Atlanta to the North Georgia Mountains and Athens. As Master Area Franchisee, NGAM's job is to recruit, onboard, and support the unit franchisees who will run Kitset businesses in each of those territories, building a regional network from the ground up.
Owner & Managing Member, NGAM
Randy Novak brings more than 25 years of enterprise technology leadership, operations management, and client services experience to Northern Georgia Assembly Management, LLC. A long-time resident of the metro Atlanta area — having called Buford, Georgia home since 1995 — Mr. Novak combines deep corporate expertise with an intimate knowledge of the North Georgia business community, making him exceptionally well-positioned to build and operate the Kitset Assembly Services master franchise across the region.
Most recently, Mr. Novak served as Director of IT Operations, Service Delivery & Governance at Wheels, LLC, a leading fleet management and driver services company. In this role, he held full operational and financial responsibility for global IT support services serving more than 3,500 users across multiple countries.
Prior to Wheels, LLC, Mr. Novak served as Senior Program Manager at Dell Technologies, where he executed strategic technology projects for Fortune 500 clients, managing complex multi-stakeholder engagements, vendor relationships, and large-scale program delivery. Earlier in his career, he held the role of Service Delivery Manager at IBM Global Services, overseeing managed services engagements for large enterprise accounts — experience that instilled a rigorous, client-first service culture and a deep understanding of franchise-relevant concepts including service level agreements, performance metrics, escalation management, and continuous improvement.
Every one of the 56 territories has been profiled with real demographic and household data before we bring it to a prospective franchisee.
NGAM's leadership background is in enterprise operations and client services — the same discipline applied to running large-scale programs is applied to supporting a franchise network.
NGAM is building for the long run in North Georgia — not a quick rollout, but a durable regional network of well-supported operators.
