Own a Piece of North Georgia's Kitset Network

NGAM is recruiting unit franchisees and business partners across all 56 territories in North Georgia. Whether you're looking to run a hands-on assembly business or invest alongside an operator, there's a role to play as the region builds out.

The Model

What Is a Kitset Unit Franchise?

Kitset Assembly Services is a mobile flat-pack assembly business — assembling furniture, sheds, BBQs, trampolines, wardrobes, fitness equipment, and more, direct to homes and offices. Each unit franchisee owns and operates the Kitset business within an assigned territory, supported by an established national brand, retail partnerships, and booking infrastructure.

Retail Partnerships

Kitset's national network already includes partnerships with major retailers — bringing built-in demand into new territories rather than starting from zero.

🔒

Booking & Operations Platform

Jobs are quoted and booked through Kitset's national platform, with local franchisees fulfilling the work in their territory.

Brand & Training

Franchisees operate under an established, internationally recognized brand with training and operating standards already built out.

Who We're Looking For

The most successful Kitset Franchisees come from a wide variety of professional backgrounds, but they often share a few common traits: they're motivated, customer-focused, and committed to building a strong local business.

You don't need previous experience in our industry. What matters most is a willingness to follow a proven system, provide exceptional service, and actively engage with your community.

Successful Franchisees Typically:

  • Enjoy building relationships and helping customers.
  • Are self-motivated and take initiative.
  • Value professionalism, integrity, and reliability.
  • Are comfortable managing day-to-day business operations.
  • Have strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Are committed to growing their business over the long term.
  • Appreciate the benefits of operating within an established franchise system.

Whether you're an experienced business owner, a corporate professional looking for a new opportunity, a military veteran, a first responder, or someone seeking greater control over your future, we'd love to learn more about your goals and discuss whether Kitset is the right fit for you.

For full financial disclosure details on the Kitset franchise system, request a copy of the current Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) through NGAM or the franchisor directly. NGAM is happy to walk through territory-specific economics in a direct conversation.
